Stuart Rainey is the founder and principal architect of Datacendia. He designed the Datacendia Cortex™ — the proprietary decision operating system that powers sovereign enterprise intelligence. His work focuses on building AI systems that enterprises can deploy on their own infrastructure, with cryptographic proof of every decision for regulatory compliance and audit defense.
The core thesis: modern enterprises have surrendered their cognitive infrastructure to cloud vendors who accept no liability for the decisions made. Datacendia exists to reverse that surrender — giving organizations the tools to own their intelligence, prove their reasoning, and defend their decisions.
Sovereignty over convenience. Every architectural decision in the Datacendia Cortex™ prioritizes customer control. Encryption keys stay in customer KMS/HSM. Data never leaves customer infrastructure. Air-gapped deployment is a first-class option, not an afterthought.
